Not yet sure what day it is, what time it is or what country I'm in having just returned VERY late last night (i.e. the darkest hours of pre-dawn) and being so over tired, having not yet slept...
I'm not even sure anything I just wrote makes any sense at all!

I hope you had a wonderful vacation! Ive just caught myself up on reading many of your posts and have to sat that carrot top puree w/ beets n carrots is spectacular and now on my list. Also your guanciale is inspiring- I need to buck up and quit doing bacon every time in favor of some more exotic charcuterie experiments...
